Busy Bee-ing
Wooooooof, I’m in the midsts of my two week stretch of non-stop labor work and I’m loving it (and also exhausted at the end of the day). And I won’t lie, I haven’t been able to write up posts and throw some tasty meals/dishes together for y’all and I’m a wee bit bummed about that but also know that it’s ok to find a balance during the crazy.
This frittata of mine has sautéd onions, broccoli, a touch of za’atar seasoning and topped fromage blache. I also threw some toast with a heavy helping of ghee on the side.
So this is just a wee reminder to eat something good today, even if you are tired. And even if you’ve eaten a frittata for the third time this week, that is a-okay because it keeps you fueled for all the Christmas-tree lugging you’ve got to do that day.
